40+ YEARS CONSTRUCTION | 25+ YEARS FIELD LEADERSHIP
$800M+ IN PROJECTS | 250+ CRAFT
I started construction at 16 and came through the trades before moving into field supervision. The projects have gotten bigger, but the responsibility hasn't changed: get the work ready, keep production moving, get it accepted, and release the next operation.
BUILD THE WORK. PROTECT THE SCHEDULE.
REMOVE CONSTRAINTS. FINISH COMPLETELY.

AGE 16 — THE BEGINNING
I started as a groundman. From there I framed houses, worked as a plumbing apprentice and became an AWS Certified Welder.
18 YEARS IN THE IRON
I spent about 18 years as an ironworker and structural steel connector. I became an Iron Foreman before moving into field supervision.
FIELD LEADERSHIP
Iron Foreman → Assistant Superintendent → Superintendent → Senior Superintend
The responsibility grew from my own work and crew to entire projects, multiple workfronts, testing, commissioning and turnover.
